それでも、一番多い日の夜は、これ+３３〜３５センチのナプキンの二枚使いです。
量が多いので、必ず夜中に目が覚めてトイレに行きます。
その度に４２センチを交換は勿体ないので、３３センチレベルのナプキンを交換。
その使い方になってからは完璧に防御できています。
ナプキンの汚れも最小限で済みます。
これは必需品です。
