This breath-led vinyasa class is where movement meets mindfulness. We will focus on pranayama – tuning in, slowing down, and finding your rhythm. Each sequence is designed to help you build heat, move with intention, and pause with purpose. Whether you’re refining your practice or simply craving a more conscious pace, this class offers space to reconnect—with your breath, your body, and yourself. Expect a gentle challenge, thoughtful transitions, and a foundation to feel grounded and energized as you flow into your day.

Today’s class launched the first Pause and flow!
This morning we celebrated Saturday with sun-salutations and peaked with birds of paradise.

Started my morning @yellowbrickyoga Journey into power! I just bought this cute set yesterday and had to wear it! The color is so vibrant and fun 🤩 definitely gives you the confidence to take on the day!

Sometimes it feels good to practice on a transition. I took a small video of this because sometimes its difficult to move the toes from up dog and down dog. This transition builds some heat in the body. 💕😌

1. Set an Intention
Before drawing, take a moment to ground yourself. You might ask something like:

“What energy should I be aware of today?”
“What lesson is meant for me today?”
“What guidance do I need right now?”
