Thank you for using the Colgate Connect app. Effective December 11, 2026, the Colgate Connect app will no longer be supported, and you will no longer be able to access your account.

Q: What will happen to my rewards?
A: We recommend redeeming any accrued rewards by December 1, 2026, after which rewards can no longer be redeemed. App users will receive alerts/notifications through the app reminding of the app decommissioning timeline.

Q: Can I still use my Colgate toothbrush after the app is decommissioned?
A: Absolutely, your toothbrush will continue to function even after the app is decommissioned. You will still be able to use it as a standalone powered toothbrush.

Q. How can I download my data and when do I need to do that?
A: If you wish to retrieve your brushing data, you can do this inside the Colgate Connect app prior to December 11, 2026 by following these steps:

• Open the Colgate Connect app
• Tap the triple bar (menu) icon next to your name
• Select Settings, then tap “Email me my data”

You will receive an email with a link to view your personal data. Please note: This link is only valid for 10 minutes for your security.

Q: What will happen to my personal information after the app is decommissioned?
A: Your personal information will either be deleted or anonymized such that any information retained will not be identifiable.

Q: Is my toothbrush warranty impacted by the decommissioning of the app?
A: The two-year product warranty and your consumer guarantees are not impacted by the app decommissioning.

Q: Can I still buy replacement toothbrush heads for my Colgate connected toothbrush?
A: Yes you can. Colgate powered toothbrush refill heads are compatible with all Colgate adult rechargeable and battery toothbrushes.

Q: Will you continue to offer powered toothbrushes as part of your range?
A: Yes! Try our Colgate Total or Colgate Optic White battery powered toothbrushes. They offer great features such as a 2 minute timer and 2 cleaning modes. We also have a great range of fun, licensed kids battery toothbrushes available.
