How many revisions do I get?
For our first video we'll send you a short 10 second sample of your lyric video to get your approval on the overall design and aesthetic. Most of the time people like our first design, but we'll keep working until you're happy or we'll refund / cancel the order.
Once you approve the sample, we'll make the final video. At this point all / most revisions should be about lyrical accuracy, small text changes, logo appearance etc.

How are these lyric videos made?
These lyric videos are created using a combination of 2D matte painting and 3D compositing. Essentially flat graphics are created and then animated in 3D space.
Do I get revisions?
Yes. After you place your order we'll start working on a sample, we'll usually have this to you in ~3 business days. This is your chance to tell us you do or don't like the direction its going.
Then we start working on the full video. At this point you'll let us know if there are any typo or lyrical errors and we'll fix accordingly.
Where can I use these clips?
From our perspective, anywhere. But be sure to check the rules of the platform you're posting on (and the laws of your country) for any potential issues.
If we make you a piece of content that you can't use for your intended purpose due to platform rules or local laws, let us know and we will replace it.
What is the 'Clips' add-on?
If you choose the 'Clips' add-on, we'll also send you 4-6 vertical snippets of the video to use for ads or social media.
Can you also promote my video?
Yes! In addition to making the lyric video for you, we can also promote it once you upload it to YouTube. We do this by using Google Ads.
