清掃後シリンダの回転が止まらなくなった→解決！
この商品を使って半年ほど。それまでに丸洗いは5回ほどしてきたのですが、6回目の今回初めてシリンダの向かって右部分、歯車の形をした部分をドライバーを使い取り外して掃除してみました。 掃除してる時に謎の黒いスポンジが落ちてきて、どこの部位のものかさっぱりわからずとりあえずスルーして掃除を終わらせ、歯車部分も取り付けて再度設置。 砂を入れるためにメンテナンスモードをするとあら不思議。限界まで回っては戻るを繰り返し、全然思うような挙動をしてくれない。 ネットでいろんな情報を集めると（ここのレビューにもお世話になりました！）、どうやら歯車部分にマグネットが3つ付いていて、それでシリンダのポジションを把握している様子。 2つは確認できましたがもう1つの位置がわかりにくかったです。そして2つのうちの１つに3つ目のマグネットがくっついてました。蓋の役割をしていた黒いスポンジが外れた拍子に３つ目のマグネットが落ち、マグネットにくっついていたみたいです。 とは言えマグネットにはN極S極がありマグネットの向きがわからない･･･！とりあえず手当たり次第4方向を試すことにしました！チャレンジ3回目。N極（私の製品にはマグネット面にNと書いてありました）を円周の外側に向けることで解決しました（マグネットの入る部分を覗き込むとNS半分こに見えるように）。そして黒いスポンジで蓋をしました。 これにより無事にこれまで通り使えるようになりました。基本的に歯車の部位をドライバーで外すことは推奨されてませんので説明書にはマグネットの説明は全くありませんが、安い買い物ではないだけに仕組みを理解するためにも書いてあってもいいのではないかなぁと思ったりもしました。 とは言えとても便利でこれからもお世話になる予定ですので星5をつけちゃいます。 もし同じお悩みをお持ちの方がいましたら参考までに！

    ゲージの中に入れたかったので（ほんとは周りの空間は空けないといけないので自己責任）、これ入るようにダイソーのワイヤーネットで超巨大なゲージ（110×110）作ったった。

    そのワイヤーネットの上にペラペラなレジャーシート引いて（砂集める用）、その上にコレ置いたら、清掃の途中で中に猫居ないのに、「ペットが占有しているため、デバイスは一時停止しています」エラーが頻発。途中で回転が止まる。　アプリでは再開出来ないので、反応が悪い本体のOKボタンをダブルクリックする必要があった。

    解決策は4つの足の部分を水平にすること
    ダイソーの板切れを15センチに切って噛ませたらエラーは無くなった。
    水平なとこに置けとは確かに説明書に書いてあるけど、ワイヤーネットの上程度でもダメだなんてセンサーが細かい。

    他にもちょっとコイツを持ち上げると猫の体重27キロを検知したとか表示されたり、センサー系はとにかく細かく探知する。

    その他、オプション品の緑の網のパーツと、黒の同じサイズのパーツが何なのか最初分からんかった。
    紙の説明書には書いてない。
    セットアップだけじゃなく、掃除用の動画も見ないと理解出来ないねー

    あとアプリの方、子猫モードにしてしまうと自動掃除出来なくなるので解除しようとしたが出来ず苦労した。アプリ削除でもダメ。
    解決策は、アプリ内の本体デバイスを削除してメール登録など最初からセットアップし直して途中の子猫いますか？の問いをいいえにすること。

    色々大変だったのでグチったが、匂いしてこないし自動でも手動でも掃除出来るしこれは良さげ
    また暫く使って気付いたことあれば追記します。

    更新１： 緑色のすくい網は仔猫用の細かいものをもう1つ添付/追加配布すべき。仔猫でも通常サイズの物は救えますがカケラになったものをすくい残します。現状は網目の大小合計2つ添付されていますが細かいほうの網のさらに半分の網目のものも添付されていれば全てすくえるのに残念。網目１つ追加されたら5つ星にします。

    なおゴミ箱に蓋がついている構造は恐らくこのモデルの最も優れているところです。個人的にこの製品の決定理由の一番大きな点はココです。すくって収納するとそこからの匂いが全くありません。一般的には回収後もゴミが外気にオープンな状態にある自動トイレ製品が大半だと思います。この製品は蓋があるため猫砂内に残ったものだけが臭気発生源になるのでにおいが極小です。そのわずかな救い残しを仔猫用の細かい網がもしあればすくい取れて完全に対策出来るのに惜しすぎます。

    まだ今の季節は気温が低いこともあってか匂い閉じ込めが極めてうまくいっており匂い漏れがほとんどありません。これからの夏もそうだといいのですが。現状は仔猫で分量も少なく、気温低く部屋空間が大きめなため最高条件であり匂いがとても少ないです。結果、外出から戻って来た際(＝鼻がクリアされた状態)でも部屋に匂いを感じません。逆に、寒さの無い暖かめの部屋で成猫で多頭飼いでオープン型トイレの環境のお宅では玄関入室時点で猫飼いのお宅だとすぐにわかるので蓋のあるこちらは低減させられるのでとてもお薦めできます。他社の自動ふた無し製品はお薦めしたくありません。

    外形が大きいもので納めている大き目ケージの１階の大部分を占有します。そもそもこの製品が収納できないケージが多いと思います。しかし入ってしまうと丸まったボディの物腰がとても穏やかで趣味に合い見た目が最高で安心できます。

    （安心出来すぎるためか、猫がここで滞在してしまうことがあります。特に、餌が足りなくて不満だとか/呼んでるのに構ってもらえないとか、いじけた時にそんなに振り向かないならここに籠ってやるという行動にをとられることがあります。そこに5分も籠っていれば主が「そんなところに座ってないで出て来い」と近付いてやって来て構いだすので猫が学習してしまったようです。つまりここに座っていると主がチラチラ視線を呉れて結局構いに来てくれると猫は学んでしまいました。仔猫だと猫と主の位置確度によっては中に居るのかどうかも分からない場合がありしかも照明が暗め設定なので覗かないと分からないのです。猫からの主の呼び寄せポジションとして使われるのだけはうまくない点です。内部に滞在している居る場合には接近や覗き込みをしないようにし何らかの方法で別の場所に移動させてから接近するように対応を変えました。内部カメラ付きにすれば覗き込む＝接近することなしに出来るので良いかもしれません。ただ籠るタイプの猫はなかなか居ないと思いますが。恐らくこの主の接近の法則をみつけられてしまった原因は、設置当初ちゃんとしているかなと何度か覗いたことだと思います。主を呼ぶタイプに対しては覗きをあからさまにしないのがいいかもしれません。）

    外形サイズが大きいですね。仔猫設定で且つケージの中で使っているので多くの自動機能が現時点では使えません。ただ全部手動でやってもボタン押すだけで大した作業じゃないので苦にはなりません。当初大型の紙製の砂を使っていたので全てを掬ってしまい役に立ちませんでした。細かい鉱物系の砂に変え網目も細かいほうに変えたらちゃんと目的のものだけ掬えるようになりました。とても快適になりました。

So what's the use of deodorizing spray if it can't remove the stink out of it? After two weeks of cleaning it, it will get stink of poo and pee? We only got two cats. Does it need to be clean every day instead for it not to stink? 😑🫠
