Can I get a refund?
We offer refunds only if no ccLeaf resources have been used. This includes previews, downloads, exports, or any interaction with animations or assets. If a resource has been used even once, the subscription is non-refundable due to immediate access to digital content. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the subscription becoming active. Requests made after this period are not eligible. Please review your plan carefully before purchasing, as accidental purchases including annual subscriptions are not refundable if any resources have been used. This is further outlined in our No Refund Policy.
Why is the Ultimate plan so expensive?
We invest significant resources to provide top-quality animations at affordable prices. The Ultimate plan includes advanced animations, while the Essential plan offers simpler ones. If the Ultimate plan does not fit your budget, please explore our other plans. For beginners, we recommend starting with the Essential plan.
When do my monthly downloads reset?
Your downloads reset every billing period — this means they refresh on the day your subscription renews each month. If you cancel your subscription, your downloads will stop refreshing after your billing period ends.
Can I cancel my ccLeaf subscription anytime?
