Parity on the Field

"Equality in Sport. Sport Beyond Stereotypes" is the educational toolkit by Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026, part of the Gen26 program, designed to educate new generations on the values of gender equality, inclusion, and mutual respect through sport.

The toolkit provides schools, educators, and families with resources to contribute to a fairer and more inclusive society, using sport as a tool to transform lives, improve communities, and address crucial issues such as equal rights and overcoming cultural barriers.

The toolkit is structured into two sections:

• Educational content: Insights into Olympic and Paralympic values, gender equality, disability, and bullying.
• Practical activities: Exercises and interactive games to encourage debate and raise awareness on these topics.

The initiative is carried out in collaboration with Terre des Hommes Italia-Onlus.
