In response to the increasing risk of fraudulent use of credit cards, we have strengthened the security of our systems to improve the safety of our customers' payment information.

As a result of this change, we have confirmed that if you have registered an email address that does not conform to the international standard specification for email addresses (RFC: Request for Comments) after March 31, 2026 (Tuesday), the payment process for lottery applications and first-come, first-served applications may not be completed.

If the repayment process is not completed, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please check your registered email address and, if it falls under the examples below, change it to an email address that complies with RFC standards.
- For lottery applications: Please complete the entry procedure again.
- For first-come, first-served applications: Please complete the payment procedure again.

- The email address starts with a half-width dot "."
(Example: .abc@●●●●.com)
- There is a half-width dot "." immediately before the @ symbol.
(Example: abc.@●●●●.com)
- Using half-width dots "." consecutively
(Example: a..bc@●●●●.com)
