What is Elev8?
Elev8 is a CFD broker established in 2022 and is regulated by Mauritius and Comoros.
Elev8 provides online brokerage services through its proprietary trading platform Elev8 Trader, MT4, and MT5. These platforms come standard with desktop, mobile, and WebTrader versions. Trading instruments include Forex, Commodities, Stocks, Indices, and Cryptocurrencies. (A total of 230+ CFD assets are available.)
The minimum initial deposit with Elev8 is $25 and this minimum applies to all subsequent deposits. Leverage options range up to 1000:1. Withdrawal and deposit methods include VISA, MasterCard, Neteller, Skrill, DOGE, Litecoin, and other crypto options.
Elev8 trading education includes 11-part Forex Basic Course videos, archived Youtube webinars, articles, platform tutorials, and extensive FAQs. Elev8.com also offers an exclusive feed called Space. I had a very disappointing experience with Elev8.
I requested a withdrawal, and the status was marked as “completed.” However, the funds have still not arrived in my bank account.
I have already confirmed with my bank that:
There is no incoming transaction
There is no pending transfer
What is even more concerning is that Elev8 is unable to provide any proof of payment such as a transaction reference number, SWIFT/MT103, or any official transfer receipt.
A legitimate broker should always be able to provide verifiable proof once a withdrawal is marked as completed. Without this, I have serious doubts whether the funds were actually sent.
Customer support has not provided a clear solution and keeps giving unclear responses.

Octafx or Elev8 denied my withdrawal and suspended my account

I had been learning trading using Octafx which is now also Elev8. Since I joined they were good to me. On time deposits and very few withdrawals.
Years of learning l simply got better. Then I started making profits.
My withdrawal started coming late. Until my withdrawal was denied. My account was blocked and suspended.
For years I was a verified customer with them. They now stated that I didn't meet the conditions. Which conditions because my condition never changed.
Octafx is a gang of thugs, fraudsters and Scammers. They rebranded to Elev8 but they are still the same bandits. Be very careful there are other good companies using the same name. These thieves are trying to trick people.
Good people stay away from octafx or Elev8

My account was suddenly blocked and my funds were locked. How can this be explained? There has been no response at all. I have sent multiple emails but there has been no solution from octa fx, which has now become elev8.
