So this happened when I installed an app to retrieve music from my very old iPod Touch and while it was installing the required drivers suddenly my audio didn't work. I rebooted after I extracted my music (tossing my iPod since it has a dead battery and busted glass) and notice it wont detect my dongle as a DAC anymore. It says 3.5mm headphones but that's it.

I use this instead of the shitty on-board DAC (best $9 I've spent on audio for this PC) which I use with a splitter for speakers and headphones and worked like a champ... until this app fucked it up.

Question is what should I do? I recently did a clean install of this PC and I won't really lose anything if I go down that route but does Windows 10 have like a restore point or some other way to detect what I installed before I clean wipe the OS as last resort?

Also I tried plugging in headphones 3.5mm to the MB and PC still won't detect it. So mad this app that helped me retrieve my old music collection took away my audio in return. Ugh!!!

I bought this at Walmart today for 610$, the worker said it was most likely a returned product, which is why it was discounted from the original $700ish.

Here's what I've examined so far

1. yellow tape still on, the bag with the wire unopened

2. 5070ti is on the GPU

3. The inside of the GPU is clean (No dust), and the outside of the GPU has no scratches

4. even has that little pleeh off flim on the front

5. Fan seems to be moving smoothly with no issues

The only issue is I can't run pc test because I don't have access to a PC (This is the first ever pc part I've ever bought, and only bc it was on discount, I bought it)

Any recommendations

Is there a problem with ubisoft and rockstar server? I'm trying to play for days.
