I got the impression now that it's good to share this information in the case somebody needs this being's help.
In the faeries thread, and in a couple of the "Asking Questions" thread's questions, there were placeholders for a name.
"Source has appointed beings I call Spiritual Bureaucrats such as jolterx to run various aspects of reality."
They don't have a formal job title or if they do I don't know it. So I named them Spiritual Bureaucrats.

This being is one of them, JolterX. He is/was the Supervisor of Universes, in charge of supervising the expansion and growth of more (old paradigm??) universes.
Just seeing his name is powerful.
Following is a text dump of much of what I have on him. I talked to him in ~2020-2021 if memory serves.
