We had the absolute honour of celebrating a very special birthday at one of yesterday’s Christmas Rise seated sports sessions. Our wonderful participant turned 108 years old — and she didn’t just join in… she threw herself into it!

From boxing moves to an enthusiastic snowball fight, she showed everyone in the room what joy, movement and spirit truly look like.

Here’s to celebrating strength, laughter and incredible milestones. What a privilege to be part of her day!
