Regarding the bug in the April 6 update
An update performed at 13:38 UTC on April 6 caused a bug that caused food in backpacks and in the item inventory to disappear. Since this bug was fixed 16 minutes later, only users who were logged in between 13:38 UTC and 13:54 UTC were affected. We have created a program to restore the lost data, but this program must be applied manually on a per-user basis. Since it is difficult to identify users who were logged in during the time the bug occurred, please post in the Help & Support section of the forum, and we will restore your data. However, since the maximum food storage limit is 300, for users who had a large amount of food, we will restore as much as possible, but a complete restoration may not be feasible. We are also providing compensation in the form of ingredients to all users confirmed to have been affected by this bug. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We will conduct more thorough testing for future updates to prevent such bugs from occurring.
