I intend to review this article. Ok, two, or three, landmines stand in my way here

Two of the three offline news citations ("Kumagai Gumi wins $217 million MRT contract" and "Chemical attack? Clean-up at N-E line") cannot be accessed on NewspaperSG; could you provide quotations from them to support the claims they make?
I need to go to China in a bit and can't do too much Wikipedia stuff
Even if I am in Singapore, the two books cited are damn far from me (at the Lee Kong Chian Reference Library in the downtown while I live in Jurong West), but that's less of a concern than the first two problems
