For customers currently using our website "PIA LIVE STREAM" or planning to purchase tickets through this website, please note the following.

① Customers who have already purchased viewing tickets for performances that will begin streaming on April 1st (Wed) or later on "PIA LIVE STREAM," or whose streaming will end on or after April 1st (Wed)
For performances that are currently being streamed or are scheduled to be streamed, the viewing pages will be gradually switched to Ticket PIA website.
* Streaming URL will change, but you do not need to purchase again, so please rest assured.
*For customers who fall under category ①, we will send you a separate email with further information.
*For performances whose streaming ends by 23:59 on March 31st (Tue), you can continue to watch the stream using your Streaming URL until the streaming ends.

② Customers who are planning to purchase viewing tickets on "PIA LIVE STREAM"
The viewing tickets currently on sale will be gradually switched to being sold on Ticket PIA website.
The timing of the ticket sales changeover will vary for each performance, so we will post the details on each performance's sales page as soon as they are decided.
*The above does not apply to performances whose streaming ends by 23:59 on (Tue) March 31st. Sales and streaming will continue on the "PIA LIVE STREAM" dedicated website until the end of the streaming period.
