I hate messing with this part of the bowels of GDB. Not only do I have an awful time debugging, even printf debugging doesn't work because I can't find the useful information, the state is inconsistent because it is a water of time to make it consistent at that point, you're not meant to get data from the program while it is running, and for every other part of GDB, the program is running at this point
