This anime will air right after Tensura s4 (it is the second anime on April's Friday Anime Night in NTV in Japan). And it is the only the TOHO Animation licensed by Muse (other three are already nabbed by other channel--Dr. Stone Final Season cour 3, Dorohedoro s2 and The Angel Next Door s2).
On other note, Akane Banashi is indeed licensed by other channel. Banzai, not locked in any paid streaming sites!
