It's still technically illegal to watch it, however you won't get prosecuted for it or have any action taken against you at all unless you're a distributor.
Safe with an adblocker, use brave browser for built in adblocker and additional privacy which is always nice. It's technically not legal but you won't get in any trouble for using the site, it's more a personal decision at that point.
For mobile users I suggest Firefox with ublock origin. Work great for me.
