It most likely got hacked. Most of the time when these big piracy sites go down they will atleast have a grace period where they will let you export your bookmarks before the site completely shuts down

I remember using 9anime/aniwave throughout my highschool years and it was a big relief to have everything I ever wanted to watch in one place and at a very high quality too. It's super unfortunate to see another big and high quality site to fall like it has.
Kissanime and 9anime were the goats during school. Would always wake up at 7am just to watch 2-3 eps of something good because both UI's were actually the best at finding solid anime
This literally just does nothing to stop online piracy. lol, what a joke. Just cuz they might take down the most popular sites, doesn't mean there aren't other sites to use. All this means is it will break down traffic into smaller lesser known sites or until a new popular site emerges again. When they sink one ship, we simply board another, they can't sink em all! Pirates ftw y'all 😤
