射出成形原料充填
- 毎回プランジャーバレルの 80% 以下を充填することをお勧めします。原料を入れすぎるとプランジャーとバレルの固着、上下の固着などのトラブルが発生します。
- 1回の理論上のmax.注入量: 0-15g
加熱温度調整
- 加熱システムは、温度コントローラーのボタンスイッチでオン/オフできます。サーモスタットのセットボタンを押して温度を設定し、上下矢印でプラスチック加工に必要な温度範囲に温度を調整します。
- PEPP: 200-240℃
- ABS: 180-210℃
- PS: 180-200℃
射出圧力調整
- 圧力調整器の圧力計には、黒いノブを持ち上げて時計回りに回すと、現在の使用圧力が表示されます。
- 回すと圧力が上がり、反時計回りに回すと圧力が下がります（調整直後は圧力は変化せず、一度の操作で圧力が変化します）。
- プラスチックの流動性に応じて温度、圧力を適宜調整してください。
金型位置調整
- 金型の高さを調整し、金型ゲートと機械ノズルの距離を約 5mm にします。
- 金型ゲートと機械のノズル間の距離が高すぎる場合 (10 mm 以上)、接着剤の漏れが発生する可能性があります。
- ゲートとノズルの位置を合わせ、フット スイッチを押して射出成形を完了し、スイッチを放してください。
- 金型が冷めるのを待ってから金型を開けてください。
- 工場出荷時の空気圧調整は通常 0.2mp です。射出成形が不良の場合は、適切な範囲に空気圧を調整してください。調整スペースは0.2mp～0.75mpであり、エア圧力が高いほど射出圧力は大きくなります。
