👉 Winners will be selected from customers who purchase the xikers 6TH MINI ALBUM [HOUSE OF TRICKY : WRECKING THE HOUSE](POCAALBUM) via the project page and the Weidian event link during the application period.

👉 Part 1 Face-to-face fansign event ▶ Total 100 people (50 winners for signing event + 50 winners for viewing event)
👉 Part 2 HI-TOUCH Event ▶ Conducted in groups of 5 members (Unit A/B) and available in sets of 1, 4, 8, or 12 albums. Participation is limited per quantity, and slots will close once sold out.

-You may apply and win multiple times for Part 1, Part 2.
- Multiple purchases and duplicate wins for each unit in Part 2 are possible. However, each person may purchase each set configuration only once, with a maximum limit of 25 tickets per unit. (If you win duplicate for the same unit same set configuration, only one participation will be recognized as valid)
-The number of entries is based on the total quantity of albums purchased, regardless of the number of orders.
-Only orders that have been processed for payment will be automatically submitted. If you have applied with multiple orders, the same number as the total quantity you purchased will be applied.
-This event will be submitted based on your Event application information(applicant name/mobile phone number/messenger&ID)
-The name on the album is based on the name of the StarMaker name you wrote when you purchased it. (KOR/ENG available only, within 5 characters in Korean, within 10 characters in English) It won't be applied even if you request modifiers, pictures, symbols, p.s., etc. using parentheses or the way you fill out requests when entering your StarMaker name. StarMaker name may not be changed after the project closes under any circumstances, and if you provide a StarMaker name that does not match the format, it will be replace with your name.

2. 10 winners will be selected from the autograph winners of the in-person fan signing event (50 people) to receive a 1:1 wide-format Polaroid photo opportunity with an xikers member (photo with a chosen member / total of 10 winners).
- Winners will be announced in advance, and rewards will not be provided separately if they do not attend on the event day.
- The members for the photo will be collected in advance only for winners, and cannot be changed on the day of the event.

*As for foreign residents and proxy applicants, please include the country code of contact information (e-mail, phone number) with you rather than the shipping agent or proxy applicant's (or other's) contact information. We shall not be responsible for any disadvantages caused by other contact information.

1. Please make sure to fill out in the order information with the real name oftheapplicant and the email address of the applicant.(For foreigners, write it in English based on passport and include the country code in the contact information.) 

2. Please note in advance that this event will be submitted based on the your Event application information(applicant name/mobile phone number/messenger&ID)you entered when you order, not on member information.

3. Only the winner can participate in the event. You cannot change the contact information or information after applying. Please make sure to enter the correct information when applying or ordering. (Nickname, etc. are not allowed. Please apply and participate with your real name.)

4. When entering applicant's information, please enter information for one person per order. If more than one person's information enters, only one person can be selected and accepted. The event host is not responsible for any problems caused by not studying these precautions.

◆ In-Person Fan Sign Event Guidelines
* This event is a face-to-face fan signing event held in Shanghai. Please apply only if you can attend in person.

1. The identification process is carried out before entering. Please prepare your ID card in advance when you participate in the event.
* If the winner's identity is not confirmed due to not presenting an ID and such, please note that the winner will not be allowed to participate in the event.
* We can't check your ID by any means other than the identification cards below and we can only check it with the physical ID card with your photo attached. (We can't check it with the photo of ID card, scanned image, copy or an abstract of your resident registration.)
- Residents of China's mainland and Hong Kong/ Macau /Taiwan regions: ID card, Passport
- Foreign Nationals: Passport only
* Only identification documents within their validity period will be accepted.
* If you are under 14 years of age, please send an inquiry via 1:1 inquiry service in advance.
If you do not leave an 1:1 inquiry in advance, please understand that it may be difficult to participate in the event.
2. We will check the winners and give the number ticket 60 minutes before the event starting time. (Please check your seat number in the email you received before the event)
3. Please take a seat at your assigned place before the event begins. Moving seats after admission will be strictly prohibited. If you change or move seats arbitrarily, you may be asked to leave the venue.
4. You can use proxy purchasing. However, only the applicant him/herself may attend the event. If you are caught selling or transferring your event ticket, you will be exited from the venue and will be banned from participating in all of the artist’s future events.
5. You may not stand up from your seat, move to a different seat than yours or move around during the fan signing event.
6. For this fan signing event, you can take photos and videos at your seat, but you may not take photos, videos, or voice record while getting the autographs. Please leave all electronic devices, such as cell phones and cameras, at your seat when it’s your turn to get the autographs. (If caught voice recording or taking photos/videos, you will be asked to leave the venue.)
7. Flash, AF auxiliary light, and strobe light are prohibited when taking pictures,
8. Selfie sticks and tripods can only be used in your seat. If it causes inconvenience to other attendees due to its high installation, we may request that you stop using it.
9. Social media live streaming is prohibited during the signing event, and if caught, you will be asked to leave regardless of whether you have received an autograph or not.
10. Only the signing paper distributed on-site may be used for this event, and each winner is eligible for one set of signing paper (total 10 papers) per person.
11. Please mark each member’s pages in advance on which you’d like to get the autographs.
12. Delivering and support are not allowed during this signing session, and in the case of fan signing items (headbands, flower crowns, etc.), one set per member (up to 3 items with the same concept) can be delivered. Please deliver them through the staff in the order of your turn.
* Fan signing items will be checked by the on-site staff before receiving the sign. Inappropriate items or items that are too numerous and may interfere with the progress of the fan signing may not be delivered.
* You cannot put the props on the artist yourself.
* They will all be returned after the fan signing event is over, and we are not responsible for the loss of items that have not been picked up during the designated time period.
13. As for fan letters, please forward them to the on-site staff before the fan signing event begins.
* If delivered directly to the members, they may be retrieved by the on-site staff.
14. Only 1 name post-it (To.) and 1 post-it question are allowed per member, so please prepare the post-its in advance.
* Only Korean/English allowed, asking to add adjectives and PS messages are prohibited.
* As for the questions, you can only ask in selective format (A vs. B / YES or NO) or multiple-choice questions with 5 answer choices or less, and you may only ask member-related questions. (Cannot request drawings or letters) (Questions that ask about the winner, short-form or long-form answer questions, and questions that look for a specific answer are prohibited.)
* Post-it questions will be checked by the on-site staff before receiving the autograph. If inappropriate questions, such as questions involving unreasonable requests or demands or related to the artist's private life, are identified, the staff may ask you to revise or remove the question.
15. Please understand that making direct physical contact, such as doodling/attaching a sticker on the artist’s skin or touching the artist’s hands, is prohibited.
16. Drinking before and during the fan signing event is prohibited. Admission will be restricted if you have drunk before admission, and you may be forced to leave if you drink during the event.
17. Even if it is not specified above, if you do something that is deemed to harm the overall event operation, you may be forced to leave regardless of whether you have received an autograph or not.
18. We are not responsible for the situation caused by an inadequate understanding of this notice, so please be sure to read the notice carefully to avoid any disadvantages.

– The event host is not responsible for any problems caused by not studying the following precautions.

1. Products purchased during the event applicatoin period cannot be canceled or refunded by the customer after the closing time for application. (Cancellation is only possible for request by 23:59 on Mar.08 (CST), and cancellations or refunds are not allowed after the application period. Also, if you cancel, you will not be eligible for the application, so please kindly note it before you purchase.)
2. This event is open to both applications and winnings. You can apply for a proxy, but you can never participate in the video call signing event if you are a proxy. Only the winner can participate in the video call signing event.
3. After the announcement of the winners, changing the real name, contact information, and video call channel ID of the applicants through the customer center is not possible. Please make sure that you have entered your real name, contact number for phone calls and SMS when you apply for the event and order.
4. Personal information is collected and provided as shown below to confirm duplicate wins and to proceed with the event.

5. This event may be changed or cancelled without prior notice, depending on the host's situation.

MAKESTAR limited rewards are pre-order items with a confirmed production quantity and go into production immediately after the sales period ends.

1. Information on missing/damaged items

If there is any missing or damaged item, please take photos and, if possible, an unboxing video that can verify the issue.

Please submit your proof to our customer service within one week after order delivery for review regarding additional shipping or exchange.

• * If you use a courier other than the designated courier for exchanges or returns, the item will be automatically returned.

• * Even if damage or missing items are confirmed, exchange or re-shipment may not be possible if stock is unavailable.
