In their countries they don't do namaz on the street . But in Europe and Russia , they do , to show non-Muslims their dominance .

The Supreme Mufti of Russia has spoken out against public political prayer events.
The Chairman of the Central Muslim Spiritual Directorate of Russia, Talgat Tadzhuddin, commented on the clarification from the Ministry of National Policy and Religious Affairs of Dagestan regarding the legality of public prayer.
Tadzhuddin stated that Muslims should not create inconvenience to others or disturb public order.
The mufti also addressed legal aspects. He emphasized that the country has "normal legislation" that does not prohibit prayer, but believers must consider the rights of their fellow citizens.
"If someone deliberately goes out onto the road and blocks traffic... Of course, this is not only unpleasant, it is a violation of public order. We have normal legislation. There is no prohibition. But here, believers must consider the rights of other citizens. Their own citizens," the mufti stated.
In conclusion, Talgat Tajuddin called on believers to avoid ostentatiousness in religious practices and to be guided by the principles of good neighborliness:
"We must all respect each other. My rights must be balanced against the rights of others. There should be no show-off just for the sake of show-off or to spite someone."
They are confident that even this will not be enough for the hypocrites.
