I mean it should work regardless of where you live, like any other website... If your VPN is not able to connect I wish you had diagnosed that instead of just rerolling your connection.

Works with my VPN server in Mumbai. Which means it's actually failing its purpose, if you think about it.

Works in KY on Firefox with no VPN. The Tartarus process was way faster than kiwiflare has ever been.

Tartarus (name?), which will be a flagship product of the United States Internet Preservation Society. It is in active development. It's the lessons learned from KiwiFlare + my long, long wishlist of features. It is in very heavy development and I change it every day. If you experience random downtime please just wait a few minutes before complaining, it is probably me restarting the server ungracefully

In the future when it’s more done, will Tartarus be offered as a service a la cloudflare, as a self-hostable software package, or both?

It works smoothly for me at this moment. I can only access Kiwifarms through Tor and it has been noticeably faster the last few weeks, no more error messages or taking 10 minutes to load a thread with no pictures attached. Thank you for all the work you do @Null and for never giving up despite all the absurdly zealous attempts to take down this site

Looks like searching, chat, uploading small attachments works, at a superficial level.

For example, the following picture of a demon uploaded fine:

However, the following music video (7mb) could be uploaded over KiwiFlare, but not through Tartarus:

Would probably be worth actually testing chat over an extended period by people who actually use that.

Tartarus? A good name, but for Kiwifarms I second a special variant called Tardtarus as above named.
