Please report if you receive an Error 403, or Error 429, while using the website.
I need to know if you are using a VPN or public network as well. If you are using a VPN, please say which one.

Darksyde Phil main subforum menu minimized chat window throwing up a error 429 too many requests brick in its page space. I'm on CyberGhost's free United States vpn when it returned the error for that code portion.

Try a different endpoint. I have wildly varying results from different ones - I suspect because the v4 pool for some of them is pretty small.

429 Too Many Requests​

I was seeing a lot of that too. Assumed it was the flare getting more aggressive at throttling because of a DDoS. Apparently it was indeed exactly that. It's impressive the site remained actually up and I prefer slight degradation of service to being flat out down, which is what we usually got with ClownFlare's weak-ass mitigation.

Getting 429 errors all day. When the site works well, it's quite fast, though.
US, Mullvad VPN via Wireguard (with proper port forwarding) over ethernet via Cat5E. Using Firefox with a range of Adblock/Script blocking/Anti-fingerprinting etc stuff.
Connected via both Arch Linux and Windows 11, same behavior present.

I’ve been getting occasional 429’s, but those are usually around like, 11-12pm local time - beyond that, I’m mostly a phone poster, so I can’t really add much.

What does anyone actually do in tech? Everytime we lose some bloated corporation it is replaced by 1 determined null doing a better job.

Knowing most tech companies and woke hiring practices, somewhere between Fuck and All. I mean, we have Terry Davis as the best example of what autism can do compared to corporate tech monkeys…

I have an extension to reload all tabs, which is what I generally do if my "open 6 gorillion tabs at once" thing starts getting 429'ed, after reading all the ones that actually did open and then changing my IP.

Null needs to publicly and repeatedly mention how the ddos attacks are the ONLY WAY he can test his sites resilience to ddos attacks; make it more and more obvious that the trannies are doing him a favor by providing load testing he'd otherwise have to setup/pay for.
