Aksupack License

This license governs the use of the Aksupack ("Resource Pack"). By downloading or using the Resource Pack, you agree to be bound by the terms of this license. If you do not agree to the terms of this license, do not download or use the Resource Pack.

License Grant:

Subject to the terms and conditions of this license, Aksu Lightning, the creator of the Resource Pack ("Licensor") hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use, copy, and distribute the Resource Pack for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

Restrictions:

You may not use the Resource Pack for any commercial purpose without the express written permission of the Licensor. You may not sell or distribute the Resource Pack or any derivative works based on the Resource Pack for any fee or compensation, whether directly or indirectly. You may not use monetary URL shortening services to link to the download page of the Resource Pack or any page related to the Resource Pack. You may not re-upload the Resource Pack to any website, platform or server. Except in archiving, only under certain terms, described in the "Archiving" section. You may use the Resource Pack for a Minecraft server, only under certain terms, described in "Usage on a server" section.

Ownership:

The Resource Pack is the intellectual property of the Licensor and is protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property laws. The Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Resource Pack, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.

Video Creation:

The Licensor allows the creation of videos using the Aksupack Resource Pack for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may upload and monetize videos featuring the Aksupack Resource Pack on video-sharing platforms such as YouTube or Twitch, you provide that you credit the Licensor and include a link to the original download page of the Resource Pack in the video description.

Archiving:

You may make several archival copies of the Resource Pack for personal backup purposes only. You may not distribute or share this copy / copies with anyone else.

You may upload a single archival copy of the AksuPack Resource Pack to "archive.org" for archival purposes only.

Usage on a server:

You may upload the AksuPack Resource Pack to a Minecraft server, as long as the server is personal or non-profit. You may not charge players to access or use the Resource Pack on the server.

Disclaimer of Warranties:

The Resource Pack is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Licensor does not warrant that the Resource Pack will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Resource Pack will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of the Resource Pack, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

Termination:

This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this license. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Resource Pack and destroy all copies of the Resource Pack in your possession.

Governing Law:

This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Licensor is located.

Entire Agreement:

This license constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Licensor with respect to the Resource Pack and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and the Licensor.
