This modest establishment lasted for over 30 years in a quiet Macau backstreet.
Things have been difficult for small restaurants and hotels and, with the recent decline in tourists, the hotel finally succumbed to pressure earlier this year.
The history of this 141-room hotel can be discerned throughout, with old televisions, toxic asbestos boards and electronic bedside panels from another era being but a few of the distinctly dated design touches.
The lobby of the property was once hit by an extreme storm in the early 90s, which also took the lives of several Macanese residents around the island at the time.
