Pro Wrestling NOAH is always looking to recruit trainees.
If you are interested in joining, please submit the necessary documents.
■Qualifications for application: Men aged 16 or older who are in good physical and mental health.
(1) Document screening: Please send the required documents to the address below. [Required documents]
1. Resume: Fill in all the necessary information on the ready-made resume, and then fill in your "sports history" and "height/weight" in the remarks column.
*Please be sure to include your mobile phone number.
2. Photo: Enclose a topless photo of your "upper body only" or "full body" with the resume in ①. Please write your name in oil-based pen on the back of the photo.

*All document screening results will be sent by mail. *It will take about one month for the results to be sent by mail.

(2) Physical Test: Only those who pass the document screening will be given a physical test. For the physical test, we will place more emphasis on the applicant's attitude towards the test and their future potential, rather than on the number of times they take each item.

2. Mat exercises
3. V-Crunches - 50 repetitions
4. Leg raises - 50 repetitions
5. Crunches – 30 reps
6. 30 back exercises
7. Push-ups – 30 repetitions x 5 sets
8. Front bridge - front and back x 10 times, left and right x 10 times, rotation x 10 times
9. Back bridge - front and back x 20 times
10. Bridge Keep 1 minute
11. Squats – 200 reps
12. Jumping Squats – 30 reps
(3) Submission of medical certificate (including MRI test) and final examination
(4) Enrollment: You will be enrolled after completing the required procedures.
