Wouldn't touch an ETFE panel with a barge pole unless it absolutely has to be that light and flexible. A bad ETFE panel will be trash in 18 months and most good ones last only a few years. If you are sticking it on a RV roof just a proper rigid panel, even a second hand one. Unless you crash the RV it'll be working just fine ten years on, and even if you do it'll probably be fine.
