HAMANO Toshihiro- The Three Masterpieces
The ‘Essence of Japanese Beauty: Tea Rooms and Katsura Imperial Villa Series’ was recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage of Art Collection, which depicts the ‘Illustrated Life of Prince Shotoku’ from the collection of Chuguji Temple in Nara, produced by artist HAMANO Toshihiro, are concentration of the spirit and culture of the Japanese people. 　The ‘Illustrated Life of Prince Shotoku’ is a work of great historical value, with over 70 scenes from the life of Shotoku Taishi, who laid the foundations for a wide range of fields including politics, diplomacy, culture, thought and morality at the dawn of Japan and continued to influence many people, meticulously depicted in line drawings.

Happy & Future Cosmetic Lab 「Happy Cosme Heros」
"Happy Cosmetics Ranger" "Happy Cosmetics Ranger" is a cosmetics joint venture that brings together five cosmetics-related companies (cosmetics formulations, fragrances, containers, cell culture, inert gas technology) to create the cosmetics of the future. In this exhibition, each company will use their cutting-edge technology to pursue what the cosmetics of the future should be. The keyword for the future cosmetics that "Happy Cosmetics Ranger" dreams of is "cosmetics that create happiness." Exhibit 1 will announce the future technology "oxygen-free cosmetics," such as cosmetics that prevent oxidative deterioration caused by oxygen and contain unstable ingredients, and fresh cosmetics that retain their natural scent. Exhibit 2 is the haute couture cosmetics of dreams. Cosmetics made from your cells, cosmetics made with your own scent, cosmetics made in a container just for you, etc. Both exhibits will show you the cosmetics of the future that are full of dreams.

"The Seto Link" Ship for Kagawa's future
・Kagawa Prefecture is blessed with lush, picturesque nature, such as the beautiful islands of the Seto Inland Sea, a rich culinary culture embodied by Sanuki Udon Noodles, traditional culture, and contemporary art. These attractions will be presented in a way that allows visitors to experience the ancient, the modern, and the future. ・Sanuki Udon Noodles made with a new variety of wheat originally produced in Kagawa Prefecture, as well as udon noodles from 1970, when Expo 70 was held in Osaka, will be on offer. ・There will be performances of traditional arts, and demonstrations of the “National High School Hanaike Flower Arrangement Battle”, for which Kagawa Prefecture has become somewhat of a sacred site.

Wow! Wakayama! － Discover the Wonders, Step into the Future －
With the concept of 'sustainable production areas', we offer experiences of traditional culture such as food and manufacturing that have been passed down in Wakayama Prefecture, and promote attractive industries both domestically and internationally. At each exhibition booth, we will have tastings of sake and umeshu (plum wine), sampling and selling of local products, displays of Wakayama knitwear and Takoyama pile, as well as hands-on manufacturing experiences. On stage, we plan to present the private rocket launch 'Kairos' from Kushimoto Town, along with a talk show by the knit union.

EXPO SAUNA TAIYO NO TSUBOMI
The Expo sauna, "TAIYO NO TSUBOMI," is located at the western edge of the venue, overlooking Osaka Bay. This open, scenic waterfront sauna offers an immersive experience that embodies the theme of Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai: "Designing Future Society for Our Lives. Petal-shaped air membrane cushions come together to form a single bud, creating a beautifully dynamic structure that stretches toward the sun, brimming with vitality. The energy of the sun, immersed in the air of the sea, plants, and wind, pours down onto the "TAIYO NO TSUBOMI (Sun Bud)." The delicate yet powerful membrane creates an environment filled with natural energy, harmonizing our minds and bodies and guiding us back to the core of our humanity. The space, enveloped by an ETFE film* membrane that allows natural light to filter through, glows gracefully with LED lighting, harmonizing with the ever-changing nature of Osaka Bay across the seasons and time. The sauna offers a completely new 'co-creation' space, embodying a future society that values “warmth and harmony.” *ETFE film: A high-performance fluoropolymer material that has been processed into a film.
