Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla, has recently come under fire for his outspoken views on UK politics, but his ties to his British family have also raised eyebrows. While Musk has strong familial connections to Liverpool, the birthplace of his late grandmother, a family member has shared how Musk dismissed their attempts to contact him.

Cousin Shares Social Media Interaction with Musk
Marshall Robinson, Musk’s 86-year-old cousin, spoke to Daily Mail about their family’s efforts to reach out to the billionaire. Robinson revealed that one family member sent Musk a social media message, to which he replied bluntly, "What do you want?" Robinson said, “I have never been in touch” with Musk directly, emphasizing that this was the only interaction they had.

    Robinson Criticizes Musk's Political Views
Robinson, who lives in Lancashire, expressed his frustration with Musk’s involvement in matters outside his scope. He said, “I think he's stupid with all the things he comes out with.” Robinson also criticized Musk’s association with President-elect Donald Trump and his controversial political stance, calling it "pretty shocking." Despite their distant family connection, Robinson said he never met Musk but had met Musk's father in South Africa years ago.

Marshall’s sister, Shane, also weighed in on the situation, noting that while she doesn’t believe Musk has intentionally snubbed the family, he has shown no interest in connecting with them. She learned of their familial link through research into the family tree, rather than through any direct communication from Musk.

Musk, whose net worth is reported to exceed £380 billion, has been a vocal critic of the UK’s political landscape. After Sir Keir Starmer’s election victory, he called the country a “tyrannical police state.” His remarks have sparked both support and controversy, adding to the ongoing public conversation about his political influence and personal views.
