Former member of the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) Dipa Dixit, whose appointment was dragged to the Delhi High Court,is back in the commission for the second time.
Earlier this year,a PIL was moved in the High Court, alleging two members of the commission,Dipa Dixit and Sandhya Bajaj, were appointed in April 2007 purely on the basis of their proximity with the ruling party and its leaders.
