Question: My husband’s hair is thinning, and he wants to try a topical treatment to deal with it. He is on heart medication for atrial fibrillation and statins. Is there any reason he can’t use the hair products?
Dr Grant replies: Male pattern hair loss, also known as male androgenetic alopecia, is the most common type of hair loss in men.
