FAQ

What payment methods are accepted?: You can choose to pay by bank transfer or credit card.
When is the bank transfer due?: I paying by bank transfer, the payment will be made between the 26th and 28th of each month, depending on your financial institution. The payment date for your credit card is the payment date determined by the credit card company.
When will I be billed after joining?: Your first billing will be in the month following the month you subscribed. Your bill will be the sum of the prorated portion of the month you subscribed and the month after that. The second and subsequent charges are the basic monthly fee for the service you are subscribed to as of the first day of each month and the usage fee for the metered service you used in the previous month.
Billing schedule
Is there a way to check billing details in advance?: We will send you a notification via SMS or email on the 16th of every month to notify you that your payment information has been confirmed.

Except for applications for J:COM NET and J:COM LINK mini to which the "Seishun 22 Wari" and "Seishun 26 Wari" discounts apply, there is a minimum usage period of three months, including the month of joining. Even if you cancel midway through the contract, you will be required to pay one month's usage fee (including the amount equivalent to consumption tax).
Some works may not be compatible with the "J:COM STREAM" app.
The content provided may vary depending on the contract plan and set-top box used.
If you are subscribed to "Smart OTOKU Plan +" or "Smart OTOKU Plan" along with J:COM PHONE, the monthly fee is 500 yen (550 yen (incl. tax)).
If you are using "Smart OTOKU NET", or J:COM NET with "Seishun 22 Wari" or "Seishun 26 Wari" applied, or J:COM LINK mini, the monthly fee is 800 yen (880 yen (incl. tax)).
