沿革（グループ全体）
中国国家重工業部が中国化学の前身にあたる重工業設計院と建設公司を設立
CNCEC is originated from the Heavy Industry Design & Construction Company under the former Ministry of Heavy Industry of China.
「中国化学工程総公司」を社名として、北京市にて法人登記
Registered in Beijing under the name of “China National Chemical Engineering Corporation”.
「中国化学工程集団公司」に社名変更
Renamed as “China National Chemical Engineering Group Corporation”.
上海証券取引所に上場、略称「中国化学」（証券コード 601117）
Listed at Shanghai Stock Exchange (Stock No.:60117).
「3ヵ年5ヵ年計画、10ヵ年30ヵ年ビジョン目標」を発表、科学技術と事業を重要発展戦略として挙げ、同年6月、科研総院と日本分院をそれぞれ北京と東京において法人設立。中化学日本総合研究所と呼ばれる。
Released the “Three- and Five-Year Plan, Ten- and Thirty-Year Objective”, listing technology and industry as important development strategies. In the June of the same year, the CNCEC Research Institute and its Japan Branch were registered in Beijing and Tokyo respectively. The latter was named CNCEC Japan Research Institute.
