You need therapy for your obsession.
(checking out the OP's history) ...yeah.
I wish we could've seen Hermione's reaction to being told she was a witch. Since she's such a rationalist, it might have taken her a while to believe it. I can see her asking Mcgonagall for a demonstration of magic. Also, I wonder what her parents thought.
This and as a sequel the reaction of Mr and Mrs Granger to Hermione when she skipped their ski trip. It was only mentioned in an off-hand way but it must have been some sort of a coming-of-age moment for her and her parents. In a sense, she cemented her choice (again) friends over parents, wizards over muggles.
In general, we have some idea on what wizarding families look like and how adult wizards and witches think, but little to nothing about adults with muggleborn children. Dynamics within a muggleborn family would be different and interesting.
Completely off topic, but it's interesting that you added the "underline" to the left to the line.
Normally the emphasis in vertical text is added to the right. (I was like "but where is the said sentence?")
I was reminded of this scene:
"I have already proven to you, I make mistakes like the next man. In fact, being – forgive me – rather cleverer than most men, my mistakes tend to be correspondingly huger"
He casually brags even when humbling himself.
They might not confiscate it but they would threaten withholding his money to get what they want.
It seems in-character for goblins to demand compensation for the damage to the employees and the building. Furthermore they could use it as a leverage toward the wizarding community (after all Harry is one of its symbolic figures) to demand the right for wands.
EDIT: The trio (at least Hermione) would have some sense of guilt for the damage, too, which goblins could use against them.
They could as well simply explain that somebody broke into Gringotts and stole Harrys fortune if he doesn't make amends or the like. What a shame realy, but things like these happen and there is really no way of getting the money back.
lol that would put Harry in an awkward situation
A wizard's powers tend to start developing at a very young age so I'd imagine that muggle parents would be relieved when they find out that their child is a wizard/witch and have a logical explanation for all the freaky things their child can do.
But Hogwarts' admission is not mandatory, I imagine that the Ministry would keep tabs on the muggleborn wizard but would respect the parents' decision if they chose to not sent their child to Hogwarts.

I wonder how much respect the Ministry has to muggles over wizarding matters, though. Dumbledore would perhaps be flexible enough, but their general attitude towards muggles seemed dismissive, as seen in "The Other Minister" chapter.
People are entitled to leave with any reason. I think the issue with homophobia is that many feel entitled to declare their preference loudly when quitting. In other cases, I believe people are more likely to leave quietly.
To some extent the same goes to (especially non-canon) pairing being not labeled as such - because that's a de facto expectation, people feel entitled to know it in advance.
That is one of the jokes that I didn't understand for many years - because I didn't read the books in English. And that joke doesn't translate to German. But the just left it in, because there is nothing along the same lines in our language that they could have used instead...
Only a few years later, when my knowledge of the English language and its puns had improved, I got to this moment while playing Mass Effect 2 in English... And a short time later when I was listening to the German audio book version of PoA, I just died.

Not German abut I always thought Uranus's pronunciation starts with "ooh" not "you" and didn't get the innuendo until now.
So you mean Harry got the advice to do that from the book (at least that's Ron's thought/joke)?
That's cute. I always thought it was simply "Good job complimenting my mother, thanks".
Yep. In the 90's moving pictures were always within a big box (TV) as far as consumer electronics are concerned. Now that we consider handheld devices showing videos normal, I wouldn't be surprised to see one as thin as paper in 10 years.
Because cinema goers notice more about the visual and interactions betweeen characters than the story?
As long as acting and VFX look great and convincing, and the story mostly makes sense, I'd say people would be satisfied. I don't think most people who have watched it at the cinema notice minor disconnects in the story.
It had been a long series and the sense of some accomplishment through having finished watching all could be a contributing factor, too.
I realise this can't explain the critiques would should be more meticulous though.
Was the show broadcast in the UK only?
It looks like at least the rest of the world can buy the DVD. https://www.pottermore.com/news/bbc-documentary-harry-potter-a-history-of-magic-released-on-dvd-today
Drah-co Malfoy instead of Dray-co.
The official Japanese translation sounds like the former. They chose it for a good reason by the way because Dray-co sounds too similar to the pseudo-Japanese word 奴隷子 / slave-kid.
Here are some:
It's probably a good idea to save results in the wiki, when done via this subreddit.
Outside of this subreddit, I've found one on Tumblr (pretty comprehensive): http://hpsurveys.tumblr.com/tagged/surveys:-demographics-2.0 . Considering there is some academic interest in studying fandoms, I would imagine some social scientists could have done surveys (maybe IRL?) professionally, but I don't seem to be able to find one.
